These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the individual user (hereinafter "you", "your", or "Player"), and jnetoto (hereinafter "we", "us", "our", or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://jnetoto.casa and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on jnetoto, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. jnetoto enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
2. You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal incapacity under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
3. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, or in which jnetoto has specifically restricted access.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

6. You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of jnetoto or any of its affiliated entities or technology providers.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, IP addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate.

KYC Verification: jnetoto requires all Players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. The following documents may be requested:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence (front and back).
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill (TNB, Unifi, Syabas) or bank statement from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong Bank, dated within the last three (3) months.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of the Player holding their identity document.
• Payment Method Verification: Screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., DuitNow account name, FPX transaction reference).

jnetoto reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days may result in account suspension.

jnetoto accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Bank Connect, USDT (Tether), and BTC (Bitcoin). The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.

Withdrawal Processing: All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must be fully KYC-verified prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to technical availability.
• jnetoto targets processing of the majority of MYR withdrawals within three (3) minutes of approval, though processing times may vary based on payment provider infrastructure and verification status.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily limits may apply and are subject to the Player's VIP tier and verification status.
• jnetoto reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified promptly.

jnetoto does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, certain payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, for which jnetoto bears no responsibility. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to prevailing network fees.

jnetoto offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer in addition to these general Bonus Terms.

The following conditions apply to all bonus offers unless expressly stated otherwise:

1. Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first deposit. jnetoto reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
2. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified per offer (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) and must be completed within the stated validity period.
3. Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live dealer games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual offer terms.
4. The minimum qualifying deposit for bonus activation is RM50 unless stated otherwise.
5. Bonuses may not be combined unless jnetoto explicitly states that combining is permitted. Only one welcome bonus package may be claimed per Player.
6. jnetoto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and to reclaim bonus funds from a Player's account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
7. Any Player found to have provided false information, used third-party funds, or employed prohibited bonus exploitation strategies will have their account suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.

All games available on jnetoto — including slots, live dealer games, sports betting, poker, bingo, lottery, esports, and live football markets — operate in accordance with their individual game rules, which are made available within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

jnetoto uses certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. jnetoto is not liable for any losses arising from network interruptions, device failure, or third-party connectivity issues during active gameplay.

Sports Betting: All sports markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events — are governed by specific sports betting rules. Odds are subject to change without notice. Settled bets are final. In the event of a manifest error in odds pricing, jnetoto reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer game results as determined by the dealer and confirmed by the Platform system are final and binding. Technical malfunctions occurring before a game round is completed may result in the round being voided and all wagers refunded.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jnetoto Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Registering more than one account or assisting any third party in doing so.
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
3. Allowing any third party to access or use your account, including sharing login credentials.
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent game mechanics.
5. Engaging in collusion with other Players, whether in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format.
6. Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in the Platform's software or games for financial gain.
7. Using the Platform in any manner that constitutes, facilitates, or assists money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
8. Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where such access is prohibited, whether through VPN, proxy, or other means of location masking.
9. Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or defamatory toward jnetoto staff, agents, or other Players via any communication channel.
10. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any aspect of the Platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure.

All content on the jnetoto Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, trademarks, trade dress, and any other proprietary materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jnetoto and/or its licensed technology partners and content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of jnetoto's intellectual property — including but not limited to reproduction of the platform interface, use of the jnetoto brand or logo in external communications, or creation of mirror sites — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jnetoto, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, jnetoto's total aggregate liability to any Player for any direct damages shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises.

jnetoto does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from:

• Temporary or permanent Platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or technical failures.
• Data loss, account access issues, or security breaches arising from circumstances beyond jnetoto's reasonable control.
• Network failures, internet service interruptions, or device incompatibility on the Player's end.
• Actions of third-party payment processors, including delays or failures in DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong Bank systems.
• Any financial loss incurred by a Player as a result of gambling activity, including but not limited to losses on sports betting, casino games, poker, or any other wagering activity.

jnetoto is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. Gambling should be approached as a form of entertainment — not as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. We take our obligations in this area seriously.

jnetoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms or associated policies.
2. Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration or KYC information.
3. Suspected fraudulent activity, including chargeback requests, identity fraud, or payment manipulation.
4. Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.
5. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
6. Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or a third-party exclusion notification from a relevant gambling support body.
7. Identification that the account holder is under 21 years of age.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting jnetoto support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary account closure, any Real Money Balance (after deduction of pending bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of standard withdrawal processing.

Following account termination for breach of these Terms, jnetoto is under no obligation to return Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from bonus play. Real Money Balance may be returned at jnetoto's sole discretion after satisfactory completion of applicable fraud and AML checks.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction under which jnetoto holds its operating licence. Players agree that any legal proceedings they initiate shall be brought exclusively in the relevant jurisdiction and expressly waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction.

jnetoto makes no representation that the content of this Platform is appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions. Players accessing this Platform from Malaysia or any other location do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

jnetoto reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, jnetoto will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to active Players via email notification to the registered address or a prominent announcement on the Platform.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will be revised each time these Terms are amended. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account. jnetoto will process any outstanding Real Money Balance in accordance with its standard withdrawal procedures.
